RAWALPINDI / QUETTA — September 4, 2026 — Pakistan’s security forces have conducted intensive, 'high-tempo' counter-terrorism operations across Balochistan, killing 48 terrorists within 72 hours, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) confirmed in a detailed statement today. The operations targeted multiple terrorist organizations, which the military referred to as "Indian proxies," specifically "Fitna-al-Hindustan" and "Fitna-al-Khawarij."
Preemptive Strikes and Intelligence-Based Raids
The 72-hour operation campaign utilized intelligence-based raids and preemptive strikes to neutralize immediate threats and break terrorist networks. Key operations were carried out in Mastung, Quetta, Kalat, and Sibi.
